Optimization in the use G Suite- G2

Google Suite or G Suite is the workspace that allows you to meet with your work teams, edit documents, exchange emails from a single collaborative platform. It integrates tools such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, among others.

 Objective

Acquire skills in managing Gsuite

 Specific objectives

• Perform collaborative work through the use of G Suite tools
• Schedule a meeting on google calendar
• Create google school profile

 Course methodology

The course will be one hundred percent practical, a computer with internet will be used, an institutional email account @uazuay.edu.ec; Each module will be developed with application exercises.

30 hours (16 face-to-face hours, 14 tutorial hours)

Once the activities and requirements for the development of the course have been fulfilled, the participants will receive the course approval certificate: Optimization of free resources with GSuite G-2, based on the provisions of the Regulations of the Department of Continuing Education, that is, that the participant obtains a minimum of 70% in the academic evaluation and 80% attendance at face-to-face classes and tutorials.

Teaching and administrative staff of the University of Azuay who have knowledge of office automation, interested in acquiring skills in the management of G Suite.
