Description


One of the most important aspects to ensure that the workers of an organization feel motivated is to develop in them the perception that they are receiving a fair salary.

In this course, the legislation that regulates compliance with the different benefits and obligations that Ecuadorian workers have in the salary field will be addressed from a theoretical and practical point of view.

Objectives and methodology


General objective:

Prepare the participants so that they can adequately manage the obligation to comply with the payment or collection of the different items that are part of the payroll management within the private sector organizations of our country.  

Specific objectives:  

Make known the different regulations that regulate the payment of social benefits and the collection of some obligations that workers who work under a dependency relationship have in private sector organizations.

Develop adequate learning of the aforementioned regulations, when applying them in practical situations.

Course methodology

The theoretical part will be addressed through lectures by the teacher in which dialogue with the participants is encouraged for the proper understanding of the contents.

The practical part will be developed through the resolution of exercises in class (with the teacher's accompaniment) on the different topics through the Excel tool. Participants are requested to attend classes with a laptop.

Certificates


Once the activities and requirements for the development of the course have been fulfilled, the participants will receive the certificate of approval of the blended course: "Payroll management", based on the provisions of the Regulations of the Department of Continuing Education, that is, that the participant obtains a minimum of 70% in the academic evaluation and 80% attendance at face-to-face classes.
