2 Specific objectives
- Diagnose the perception of collaborators about the quality of interpersonal relationships at the university
- Promote conceptual and playful activities that allow the development of interpersonal skills in collaborators
- Generate reflections and internalizations on the importance of having interpersonal skills in order to consolidate an adequate work environment
Course methodology
For the development of the workshop, the combined methodology will be used, using virtual learning environments and natural spaces. On the one hand, the participants must review thematic forums on the virtual campus, sharing their opinions on issues related to the recreational activities that will be developed later. Said forums will be permanently fed back by the tutors.
On the other hand, there will be moments of conceptual internalization and mostly practical activities that allow experiencing what has been previously reviewed. Each of the activities represents reflective experiences of daily life, as well as the dynamics of the university on a day-to-day basis. Everything will be oriented towards integration, teamwork, trust, a sense of belonging and, as a transversal axis, motivation.
