Description
Databases are a fundamental element in computer applications and systems of all kinds, levels and scales. This course is oriented to the students of the careers of Systems and Telematics and Engineering in Computer Sciences so that they deepen the knowledge in this subject.

Train students on the development and management of Oracle databases
Specific objectives
- Use SQL with Oracle database to carry out educational and commercial applications.
- Build and manage a data repository.
Course methodology
The course will be taught in person on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The basic concepts of Oracle will be explained, as well as structure and SQL statements. Subsequently, the elements of database architecture will be addressed to finally conclude with PL-SQL programming.

Duration: 48 hours (32 contact hours, 16 hours of autonomous work)
