Objectives and methodology
Objective
Develop a training proposal aimed at the creation and strengthening of paradigms, methodologies and tools that allow structuring a sustainable and regenerative tourism at the territorial level.
Specific objectives
- Integrate a systemic territorial approach towards the sustainability and configuration of regenerative cultures capable of creating tourism actions that provide territorial value.
- Know and apply interpretation techniques of natural and cultural heritage, to promote territorial sustainability.
- Propose new sustainable and regenerative tourism initiatives articulated with local development strategies.
Methodology
The course will be taught under the semi-face-to-face modality, having a first virtual-synchronous part, for which asynchronous virtual phases will be combined with synchronous virtual ones, added to the autonomous work that must be carried out by teams.
Academic evaluations will seek to connect with base readings, which will be connected with a space for analysis and evaluation (discussion forums or related tasks, among others). Synchronous classes will be facilitated by combining a series of methodologies that include lectures, readings to be discussed in class, case analysis, practical teamwork, among other resources that favor the generation of knowledge. In addition, each module considers an autonomous work phase which will be used to develop team work that will be closely connected with the subsequent modules. It is pertinent to mention that throughout the phases there will be an accompaniment of each teacher in its various modalities (asynchronous, synchronous and face-to-face).
Finally, a final module is stipulated in the territory (under biosecurity measures and in open learning spaces).
