Objectives
The course will create a space for reflection and inner inquiry with which we will achieve personal harmony and harmony with others, even more so in current times.

Methodology
The course will be in virtual mode, it will combine the masterful and reflective exposition by the instructor with meditation exercises and inner inquiry.

Total 24 hours:
16 synchronous hours
8 hours asynchronous and autonomous work
Contents
Human being:
Vision of being a person and the relational being that we are from a Christian humanistic and spiritual vision.
Harmony and inner peace:
Reasons for the imbalance, personal conflict and human relationships. Actions that liberate and contribute to peace and harmony.
Family, society and person:
Understand ourselves as beings belonging to a group, called to service and transcendence.
Certificates
The Continuing Education Department will issue a digital certificate of Assistance to those who participate in at least 80% of the synchronous classes.

The course is oriented to the university community; however, it is open to the general public.
