Description
This program is intended for our university community. Its central purpose is to promote encounters related to well-being and emotional care, that is, in those aspects that favor higher levels of emotional and mental balance, have a positive and confident attitude towards life; We recognize today that there are several factors that may be affecting us on different levels, so we consider that the power of the group meeting, the warmth that is shared and practical statements in the field of personal development will positively favor the participants.

Objectives and methodology
Strengthen the well-being and emotional balance of the members of the University Community, in the face of the health emergency caused by COVID-19.
Methodology:
The meetings will be held in virtual mode. There will be six interactive meetings and a keynote speech, via zoom; 4 meetings with exhibitors from our University and 2 meetings with foreign exhibitors, recognized for their trajectory in these topics, with a duration of 1 hour 30 minutes each session.
This cycle of sessions is complemented with group study meetings, forums, videos and informative material.
Duration
Six weeks, one meeting per week, with a duration of 1h30 each. Total: 9 hours.
