Description
Assertive government communication is always a challenge. More now in the digital age and the infinity of possibilities that have been opened for online communication, which is constantly facing the bombardment of calls “Fake news”
The last social crisis of last October, evidenced, among many other things, the need for more and better communications, which forces us to constantly train and update. This is a challenge for both political managers, corporate communicators, consultants, analysts and journalists, as well as the important sector of social activism.
In this context, the University of Azuay and its Institute of Sectional Regime Studies, IERSE, in collaboration with the Research Group in Applied Communication together with the Continuing Education department, have prepared a day of reflection and training on the challenges of management communication in crisis contexts. The program is eminently practical that will allow, in addition to reflecting on communication practices in political contexts, to have tools to be better prepared when facing a crisis context.
