Description
Lean UX is a methodology that is based on interdisciplinary collaboration and results-based management. It involves a change in processes, a new way of thinking about design management, focused on solutions. It offers a comprehensive overview of how Lean Startup principles can be applied in a UX user experience design context, using the tools of Design Thinking to quickly create better product and user experiences.
It focuses on the elimination of elements that do not add added value to products and can be understood as an iterative process that seeks continuous innovation to streamline design operations, perfecting the product in each new iteration. It aims to deliver higher product quality, reduce design cycle time, and lower costs.

Objectives and methodology
General objective:
Provide students with a conceptual framework that allows them to design and develop products or services quickly and effectively, having the user experience as its main axis.
Specific objectives:
Make design teams more productive.
Create Minimum Viable Products to determine which ideas are valid.
Eliminate what does not add value in the UX design process.
Promote collaboration between designers, developers, product managers, quality control engineers, marketers, etc.
Adopt a model based on experimentation.
Course methodology
The course is divided into three parts: the first allows the student to conceptualize product design by applying the principles of design thinking. The second addresses the use of methodologies to accelerate the prototyping and experimentation process. The third has to do with the evaluation of the prototypes using usability and user experience measurement systems.
Evaluation:
Global evaluation equal to or greater than 70%.
Minimum attendance of 80% of face-to-face classes.
Duration
70 hours: 40 contact hours, 10 hours of tutoring and 20 hours of autonomous work
Opening hours:
Monday to Friday from 18:00 p.m. to 22:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 14 from 08:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
