Description
It is well known that the particular characteristics of public management transcend or directly differ from the logic of business administration. The different currents that study how to improve the quality of public services and obtain better management results from a government of any level, have gone from the American Managementism to the Electronic Government of the Far East, passing through the European New Public Management. In all cases, the premise is how to obtain better management results. This question opens up a set of issues on which to discuss, among which the concept of innovation applied to public management stands out, understood as the incorporation of best practices, development of new ways to solve public problems and the incorporation of technological advances that allow have a more efficient, efficient and effective government for citizens.

-Understand the improvement-innovation relationship as a management tool.
-Identify the sources of improvement in processes, procedures and formalities of the public administration.
-Develop proposals to improve management based on adequate information surveys.
-Propose procedural, process and result solutions to improve management quality.

Theoretical - practical workshop that contains: introductory talks, experimentation workshops and case analysis.
