Methodology
The course consists of 4 thematic modules, interrelated. Approval will be given by module, however, registration for the entire program will be encouraged and those who pass all four modules will receive a certificate of approval of the Training Program in Local Public Policies with a focus on Gender and Human Rights, lasting 48 hours.
Synchronous virtual hours: two-hour virtual sessions daily (Monday to Thursday) with presentations supported by audiovisuals, spaces for debate and interaction among the participants.
Independent Work: Each instructor will assign an individual independent work project requiring 4 hours of work, which must be submitted within the agreed deadline. This project may consist of writing a short essay, creating infographics, producing videos, or developing concrete proposals to apply the concepts analyzed in the module.
Virtual classroom: The material for each module will be uploaded to the virtual classroom of the University of Azuay.
