Module III (a): Customs Operational Management

Study the different topics that are developed before and during the import and export, according to the regulations

Module III (b): Customs Legal Management

In the module you will be aware of the legal provisions in force that apply in customs procedures.

  1. Foreign Trade and Auxiliary Operators of the Customs Administration.
  2. Customs Regimes
  3. Customs Control and Border Measures.
  4. Customs Tax Exemptions according to the latest reforms and Customs Infractions that could be committed for breaches of the rules.

Module IV: Foreign Trade Plan.

Practical workshop that allows attendees to identify projects based on the needs of the environment or based on innovative development, and theoretically propose the creation of competitive products or services in the international market through the analysis of different processes in the development of the plan.

  1. Analysis of needs based on planning and innovation.
  2. Study of potential international markets.
  3. Technical analysis of production or commercialization, cost analysis, and environmental limitations.
  4. Analysis of the profitability or importance of the plan.

Certification

To the participants who pass the course, the University of Azuay will issue a certificate of approval, recognized by the Academic Commission as a refresher course and teaching and administrative improvement, for 70 hours.

 

Schedule

 

Duration: 5 weeks.

Schedules: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 18H00 to 21H00 and Saturday from 08H00 to 13H00.

Start: 6 February

Teaching, administrative staff and students of the UDA: $90,00
