About this course

Course aimed at administrative staff of companies who want to incorporate artificial intelligence tools to optimize their daily tasks and improve productivity. 

Using tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, and Power BI, participants will learn how to automate processes, organize information, and make decisions more efficiently. The methodology combines practical theory, independent work, and the development of an improvement plan applicable to each participant's work environment.

Methodology

The course will be delivered using an active, practical methodology geared toward solving real-world problems in the administrative environment. It will combine short presentations with guided activities, collaborative work, and the immediate application of artificial intelligence tools.

  • 70% practical / 30% theoretical, with an emphasis on “learning by doing.”
  • Step-by-step exercises using platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Power Automate, Power BI, and Notion AI.
  • Real-life case studies and simulations of administrative situations.
  • Development of an individual project, where each participant will identify a task from their work environment and propose a solution using AI.
  • Personalized feedback spaces to reinforce learning and ensure the applicability of what has been learned.

  • Drafting emails, reports, minutes, and internal policies.
  • Optimizing schedules and prioritizing tasks with AI.

Information management and data analysis with AI

  • AI for data extraction, classification, and analysis.
  • Introduction to Power BI and smart dashboards.
  • Interpretation of results for tactical decision-making.

Process improvement and assisted decision-making

  • AI in detecting bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Scenario simulation and automated recommendations.
  • Integration of AI into methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.

Final project and action plan

  • Development of a practical case per participant.
  • Presentation of AI solutions applied to their real-life context.
  • Design of a progressive implementation plan.

Once the activities and requirements for the development of the course have been fulfilled, the participants will receive the Certificate of Approval , based on what is established in the Regulations of the Department of Continuing Education, that is, that the participant obtains a minimum of 70% in the academic evaluation and 80% attendance at the face-to-face or synchronous classes.
